Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nicht allen Online-Meetings ist ein direkter Wert und Return On Time Invested in Zahlen zuzurechnen. Für mich steht aber fest, dass die wirkliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Projektbeteiligten an unterschiedlichen Standorten von großer Bedeutung ist. In meiner täglichen Arbeit steht der Mensch im Vordergrund. Wer glaubt, dass er „Ressourcen“ in einer Excel-Liste planen kann, liegt meiner Meinung nach falsch. Du planst mit Individuen, die gemeinsam größeren Wert schaffen können. Mein Leitsatz „Teamwork makes the dream work” betont die Bedeutung der Zusammenarbeit in einem Team für den gemeinsamen Erfolg. Er unterstreicht, dass ein Team dann am effektivsten ist, wenn alle Mitglieder zusammenarbeiten und ihre individuellen Fähigkeiten und Stärken einbringen. In einem gut funktionierenden Team ergänzen sich die Mitglieder gegenseitig und unterstützen sich, um Dinge zu realisieren, die allein unmöglich wären.
