Abstract

Zusammenfassung Teamwork makes a dream work – und auch team work. In einem Team, in dem jedes Mitglied seinen Beitrag leistet und gegenseitige Unterstützung gelebt wird, entsteht ein starkes Gemeinschaftsgefühl: „Wir schaffen das!“ Dieses Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl verstärkt das Selbstvertrauen jedes Einzelnen. Es fördert die Bereitschaft, Risiken einzugehen und neue Ideen einzubringen. Die Grundlage dafür ist die psychologische Sicherheit innerhalb des Teams. Psychologische Sicherheit bedeutet, dass Teammitglieder sich trauen, offen und ehrlich zu kommunizieren, ohne Angst vor negativen Konsequenzen. In diesem Kapitel schauen wir uns an, warum diese Sicherheit so wichtig ist und wie ihr sie aufbauen und stärken könnt.
