Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt keine 10-Punkte-Liste für effiziente und erfolgreiche Online-Meetings. Online-Meetings sind so individuell wie die Menschen, die daran teilnehmen. Und so auch deren Ansprüche. Mittlerweile befinden wir uns auf der Teamebene. Wir schauen uns an, wie einzigartig Teams sein können. Dieses Kapitel zeigt auf, wie wichtig es ist, aktiv zuzuhören, Empathie aufzubringen und die Eigenschaften deines Gegenübers zu berücksichtigen. Es behandelt auch verschiedene Persönlichkeitstypen nach dem DISG-Modell. Ich zeige dir, wie diese Erkenntnisse helfen, die Interaktion in Meetings zu verbessern. Ziel ist es, dein Bewusstsein für die Vielfalt menschlicher Interaktionen zu stärken und effektiv in den beruflichen Alltag zu integrieren.
