Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im vorangegangenen Kapitel wurde das Rückenwind+-Projekt „Selbstorganisiert und motiviert“ in seiner Zielrichtung skizziert. Zum Start des Projekts entschieden die beiden Projektleitungen, einen so genannten Entscheidungsfindungsworkshop für interessierte Caritaseinrichtungen im Einzugsgebiet des Caritasverband Erzdiözese Freiburg anzubieten. Der Entscheidungsfindungsworkshop sollte – wie der Name nahelegt – eine Basis dafür bieten, dass die interessierten Standorte entscheiden können, ob sie mehr als zwei Jahre am Projekt teilnehmen möchten. Mit der Entscheidung zur Projektteilnahme ging eine Verbindlichkeit von besonderer strategischer und inhaltlicher Tragweite einher: Eine Projektteilnahme bedeutete, den Weg in Richtung Selbstorganisation (noch stärker) einzuschlagen.
