Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Werte und eine auf Werten basierende Haltung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden das Fundament für selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten legen, dann bilden Strukturen und Prozesse die „rahmengebenden Säulen“ für diese Form, sich zu organisieren. Während viele Publikationen zum Thema Selbstorganisation auf die Struktur in Form bestimmter Organisationsmodelle fokussieren, plädiert die Autorin primär für eine zukunftsfähige Ausgestaltung von Führung und Zusammenarbeit, d. h. für einen Fokus auf die prozessuale Ebene.
