Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein wesentliches Element im Kontext von New Work und daher auch von Selbstorganisation ist das psychologische Empowerment von allen Beschäftigten. Damit wird auf das Erleben von Sinnhaftigkeit, Selbstbestimmung, Einfluss und Kompetenz am Arbeitsplatz fokussiert (vgl. Schermuly & Meifert, 2022). Menschliche und organisationale Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesse können durch gegenseitiges Befähigen angestoßen werden – beispielsweise durch sog. kollegiale Beratung und Feedback.
