Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird die Analysephase mit den Stationen 5–7 beschrieben. Die Stationen 5 und 6 umfassen die Stakeholder:innen- und die Wesentlichkeitsanalyse, welche die Grundlagen für Station 7, die Ableitung von strategischen und operativen Zielen bilden. Alle drei Stationen bilden wichtige Instrumente der Unternehmenssteuerung ab. Im Abschnitt zur Stakeholder:innenanalyse wird beschrieben, wie die wichtigsten Stakeholder:innen identifiziert werden und welche Funktion Stakeholder:innendialoge haben. Eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Beschreibung stellt ein beispielhaftes Vorgehen für die Durchführung der Analyse vor. Im Abschnitt zur Wesentlichkeitsanalyse wird auf die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen an dieses Instrument eingegangen und nach berichtspflichtigen und nichtberichtspflichtigen Organisationen unterschieden. In der Überleitung zur Wirkungsphase wird kurz auf die Ableitung strategischer und operativer Ziele und den „Pfad des Greenwashings“ eingegangen.
