Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf der Grundlage der in Kap. 5 definierten Rollen des Personalmanagements werden in diesem Kapitel die rollenbezogenen Eigenschaften (Rollenattribute) speziell für jeden Prozess des HR-Prozessmodells dargestellt. Anschließend werden jeweils spezifische Prozessattribute und Umsetzungspraktiken für die Kernprozesse, Managementprozesse und Infrastruktur- und Serviceprozesse des Personalmanagements unter Berücksichtigung der in Kap. 4 definierten prozessualen Zielfähigkeiten festgelegt. Damit wird deutlich, welche speziellen Anforderungen von HR-Prozessen neben den generischen Prozesseigenschaften des Kap. 4 zu erfüllen sind.
