Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der ReifegradHR-Reifegrad ist das Maß für die festgestellten Fähigkeiten aller HR-Prozesse der gesamten HR-Organisation, er beschreibt also die tatsächliche Qualität der HR-Organisation über alle Prozesse hinweg. Um eine Beurteilung des Reifegrades durchführen zu können, ist es zunächst erforderlich, den Fähigkeitsgrad jedes einzelnen Prozesses unter Berücksichtigung eines einheitlichen Bewertungsmaßstabes festzustellen. Die festgestellten Fähigkeitsgrade sind zu vergleichen mit dem Anspruchsniveau (Professionalitätsgrad) der Positionierung bzw. der Zielfähigkeit der Prozesse. Das Ergebnis dieses Vergleiches ist ein Qualitätsurteil in Form des Reifegrades.
