Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Tag 2 des Projekts beschäftigen sich Linda und Jan mit der Planung des Anforderungsmanagements für das Projekt „Optimierung des Customer Centers“. Sie diskutieren die notwendigen Schritte und Regeln für die erste Phase, in der ein Grobkonzept, eine Entscheidungsmatrix und eine Ausschreibung erstellt werden sollen. Sie legen unter anderem die Projektphasen, die Anforderungskategorien sowie die Notations- und Dokumentationsmöglichkeiten fest. Weiterhin erstellen sie einen Anforderungsmanagement-Plan, in dem alle ihre Vereinbarungen dokumentiert werden, und besprechen die möglichen Herausforderungen und Vorteile dieser Planung. Es wird außerdem erläutert, wie Künstliche Intelligenz im Anforderungsmanagement eingesetzt werden kann, und welche Aspekte für die zweite Phase des Projekts, in der die Realisierung der technischen Lösung stattfindet, zu beachten sind.
