Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel startet das fiktive Projekt zur Reorganisation eines Contact Centers, anhand dessen die Grundlagen und Methoden des Anforderungsmanagements im Verlauf des Buches erklärt werden. Am ersten Tag des Projekts lernen sich Linda, die Fachexpertin, und Jan, der Anforderungsmanager, kennen und analysieren die Ausgangslage des Projekts. Sie diskutieren die Probleme, die durch die mangelnde Konsolidierung und Optimierung der verschiedenen Kommunikationskanäle des Contact Centers mit den Kunden entstanden sind, und die Erwartungen der Customer Center-Leitung an das Projekt. Sie erarbeiten einen Plan für das Anforderungsmanagement, der sechs Arbeitspakete umfasst, und erläutern die Wichtigkeit der Qualitätskriterien an Anforderungen. Linda und Jan beschließen, die Notwendigkeit von professionellem Anforderungsmanagement im Kick-off-Meeting zu betonen und die Stakeholder von der Bedeutung einer ausführlichen Auseinandersetzung mit den Anforderungen zu überzeugen.
