Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel „Prolog“ stellt den Begriff Anforderungsmanagement und das häufig als Synonym verwendete Requirements Engineering vor. Die Leser werden darüber informiert, dass sich das Buch auf IT-Projekte fokussiert und an verschiedene Zielgruppen, darunter erfahrene Anforderungsmanager, IT-Experten, Projektmanager und Fachexperten anderer Bereiche richtet. Der Prolog betont die Wichtigkeit von professionellem Anforderungsmanagement für den Erfolg von IT-Projekten und stellt die zentralen Figuren Linda und Jan vor, die im Buch die Themen des Anforderungsmanagements diskutieren und erläutern. Es wird die Rolle der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) im Kontext des Anforderungsmanagements hervorgehoben und die Notwendigkeit vermittelt, Anforderungsmanagement als eine breit gefächerte, methodische und kommunikative Disziplin zu verstehen.
