Abstract

Zusammenfassung War das betriebliche Lernen viele Jahre Kataloglernen, muss nun festgestellt werden, dass die Bildungskataloge ausgedient haben. Dabei war es weniger das Angebot von Bildung, das sich überholt hat, es war die Form, nach diffusen Kriterien einfach Qualifizierungen Mitarbeitern zuzuteilen. Mag dies in gutgemeinter Absicht geschehen sein, so brauchen Bedarfskonformität und Situationsspezifität einen anderen Weg, der zur Deckung des konkreten Bedarfs führt und angepasst auf die aktuelle Situation ist.
