Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vertrauen aufzubauen ist der Schlüssel zu einem erfolgreichen Coachingprozess, wobei effektive Kommunikation und Beziehungsmuster noch wichtiger sind als die verwendeten Methoden und Tools. Ein erfolgreicher Coach zeichnet sich durch positive und wertfreie Einstellungen aus. Die Wahrnehmung innerer Zustände und nonverbaler Signale spielt eine wichtige Rolle in der Kommunikation, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Die individuellen Wahrnehmungskanäle des Gegenübers sollten berücksichtigt werden, da sie das Verhalten und die Erinnerungsmuster beeinflussen. Die Kunst des Fragens ist eine mächtige Fähigkeit im Coaching, um Reflexion und Selbstbewusstsein zu fördern, wobei Fragen eine Reaktion auslösen und die Aufmerksamkeit auf bestimmte Themen lenken können.
