Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erfolgreiches Patentmanagement unterscheidet sich von Branche zu Branche. In diesem Kapitel werden mit Beispielen aus den Branchen Pharma, Chemie, Konsumgüter, Handel, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung, Automotive und Konnektivität, Information und Kommunikation, Finanzdienstleistungen und FinTech („Financial Technology“) sowie Transport und Logistik die branchenspezifischen Ausprägungen des Patentmanagements aufgezeigt.
