Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erfolgreiches Patentmanagement eines Unternehmens basiert auch auf der Wahl der richtigen Organisationsform. Verschiedene interne Organisationsformen, wie zum Beispiel die Einrichtung einer eigenen Stabsabteilung Patente oder die Integration in die Geschäftsbereiche, müssen entsprechend den jeweiligen Zielen des Patentmanagements gewählt werden. Alternativ ist auch eine Auslagerung der Dienstleistungserbringung möglich. Dies erfordert Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und Integration der externen Aktivitäten in die Unternehmensprozesse. Patentmanagement bewegt sich im Unternehmen häufig in zahlreichen Spannungsfeldern. Eine geeignete Erfinderkultur als Katalysator ist deshalb ein weiterer, zentraler Erfolgsfaktor.
