Abstract

Despite the importance of fostering knowledge-sharing among employees, its effectiveness is frequently contingent on dispositional values, employee relations, group characteristics, and organizational culture. In this instance, I discuss a case of SKARP (Sharing Knowledge and Research with Pleasure), set in the context of academics, which is propelled by a group of individuals who share knowledge unconditionally, resulting in greater outcomes for individuals.
