Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Auswirkungen des menschengemachten Klimawandels, die stetig voranschreitende Digitalisierung sowie die finanziellen Auswirkungen der rasant ansteigenden Inflation stellen Organisationen vor große Herausforderungen. Zur Bearbeitung dieser Herausforderungen ist es wichtig, dass der Mensch und die akute Veränderung seiner Lebensbedürfnisse, ausgelöst durch die oben genannten Ereignisse, im Mittelpunkt stehen. Im vorliegenden praxisnahen Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, wie zukunftsfähige Geschäftsmodelle durch kreative Wissensvermittlung und gezielte Kundenintegration bereits während des Produktentwicklungsprozesses durch eine methodische Rekombination der Design-Thinking-Methode und des Co-Design-Prozesses entstehen können.
