Abstract

Zusammenfassung Analoge Spiele genießen wie andere Werke den Schutz des Urheberrechts. Entscheidend ist der geistige Kern des Spielregelwerks. Für die Nutzung ihrer Werke schließen die Urheber mit den Verlagen Lizenzverträge ab, die sie meist prozentual am Umsatz beteiligen. Die Spiele-Autoren-Zunft hat zur Orientierung für die Branche einen Muster-Lizenzvertrag zur Vertragsgestaltung veröffentlicht und bietet ihren Mitgliedern Unterstützung an.
