Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag diskutiert, wie Sprache in Spielanleitungen möglichst gut verständlich wird. Dazu werden Begrifflichkeiten, Satzstruktur und Anrede hinterfragt. Während thematische Begriffe das Spiel im fiktiven Kontext verankern, erleichtern mechanische Begriffe eindeutige Identifikation. Bei der Satzstruktur empfiehlt sich das Vermeiden von Prädikatsklammer und Vorgangspassiv, während direkte Anrede und Imperativ empfehlenswert sind. So werden direkte Handlungsanweisungen an die Lesenden adressiert. Zur Strukturierung sind Überschriften, explizite Lesehinweise, Textboxen und Fettdruck unerlässlich.
