Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag setzt sich mit dem Wandel von linearen Wertschöpfungsketten zu dynamischen Wertschöpfungsnetzwerken in der globalisierten Brettspielbranche auseinander. Besonders im Fokus steht die Entwicklung in der Brettspielindustrie in Deutschland. Traditionelle Wertschöpfungsketten, die auf sequenziellen Modellen von Input, Verarbeitung und Output beruhen, weisen in dynamischen Märkten Limitationen auf. Im Gegensatz dazu bieten Wertschöpfungsnetzwerke durch ihre Flexibilität und Vernetzung viele Vorteile, jedoch auch Herausforderungen, die im Kontext von Produktion, Finanzierung und Distribution von Brettspielen beleuchtet werden.
