Abstract

Zusammenfassung VUCA wird in der Unternehmenspraxis, in Teilen auch in der Managementtheorie, seit ca. 20 Jahren als Konzept herangezogen, wenn es darum geht, die Qualität umfeldbezogener Veränderungen zu beschreiben und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten. Diese Empfehlungen erscheinen in vielen Fällen deutlich „zu kurz gesprungen“, da dort nicht wirklich berücksichtigt wird, welche Auswirkungen VUCA auf die menschlichen Akteure, also Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter, hat. Die Zielsetzung des vorliegenden Beitrags besteht daher darin, aus einer wirtschaftspsychologischen Sicht zu erläutern, welche Konsequenzen VUCAVUCA-Welt für Leistung und Gesundheit hat. Die praxisbezogenen Handlungsempfehlungen werden aus der neuartigen Perspektive der Veränderung der Anforderungen an die Arbeitstätigkeit, dem Entstehen von Stress und dem Aufbau von Ressourcen dargestellt und mittels umsetzungsbezogener Leitfäden vertieft. Daraus resultiert für den Praktiker ein besseres Verständnis von effektiven personenbezogenen Handlungsoptionen unter VUCA.
