Zusammenfassung Im letzten Kapitel dieses Buches wird Ihnen ein kleiner, feiner Vorgeschmack auf die nächsten Bücher zu dieser Serie vorgestellt. Von der Basis zum Deep-Dive-Erlebnis, wo wir in den Tiefen der Projekte schürfen und Insides von der wahren TMO-Welt vermitteln. Die Basis für die Transformationsbesteigung haben Sie nun gelegt. Die wichtigsten Informationen und das TMO-Core-Team sowie die entsprechenden TMO-Mitglieder sind aufgestellt. Sie haben sich für ein Leuchtturmprojekt entschieden, das Transformationskonzept inklusive Vision, Mission und Ziele sowie Meilensteine wurden ebenfalls festgelegt, beschlossen, finalisiert und grob dokumentiert.
