Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Transformation, sowohl auf der Digitalisierungsebene wie auch auf der Culture-Fit-Ebene, muss für ein Unternehmen professionell „gesteuert und gelenkt“ werden. Komplexität erfordert gut durchdachte Lösungen, die umzusetzen sind. Hierzu bedarf es eines Steuerungs- und Lenkungsinstruments im Unternehmen, sodass ein Erfolg in Sicht ist und greifbar gemacht werden kann. Im nachfolgenden Kapitel erfahren Sie, wie Sie dies in Ihrem Unternehmen, einer Organisation am besten und intelligentesten sowie effektivsten angehen können. Ebenso erfahren Sie, wen Sie hierfür benötigen und welche „Sparringspartner“ am sinnvollsten zu involvieren sind. Hinsichtlich der Unternehmenskultur erhalten Sie gleichfalls einen Einblick, was künftig notwendig sein wird, um einen Wandel auf allen Ebenen erfolgreich umgesetzt zu bekommen.
