Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vielleicht ist ja Mitarbeiterentwicklung ein lang gehegter Wunsch von Ihnen, eventuell kommt seit letzter Zeit vermehrt auch die Frage danach von Ihren Mitarbeitern – oder schreibt es Ihnen Ihr Chef vor? Falls es die demographische Entwicklung oder zunehmende Konkurrenz es Ihnen nicht schon längst aufgezwungen haben, werden Sie sich so oder so zukünftig diesem Thema widmen. Denn eines ist definitiv klar: Mitarbeitergut ist knapp und wird in Zukunft noch knapper.
