Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Millennials wünschen sich flache Hierarchien, ja, sie brauchen sie. Damit stellt sich für Sie die Aufgabe: Wie können Sie hierarchische Strukturen möglichst erfolgreich auflösen? Ein äußerst brisantes, aber auch spannendes Thema! Zusammen mit den Veränderungen in der Unternehmenskultur wird die Umsetzung flacher Hierarchien die weitaus anspruchsvollste und langwierigste sein. Zögern Sie nicht: Es lohnt sich, den gesamten Themenblock in Angriff zu nehmen, um die Zukunft vorzubereiten. Die fehlenden Referenzgrößen verhindern oft die Entschlossenheit der Führungskräfte zum Auflösen von hierarchischen Strukturen.
