Abstract

Zusammenfassung Entgegen anderslautenden Lehrmeinungen ist Motivation durchaus eine wichtige Führungsaufgabe. Ohne Verhaltensantrieb gibt es schließlich auch keine Arbeitsleistung. Um erfolgreich damit umzugehen, muss man neben dem Prinzip der Selbstführung aber auch die Wirkzusammenhänge verstehen. Dieses Kapitel zeigt Ihnen daher die einzelnen Aspekte des Phänomens Motivation auf, von den persönlichen Motiven über die Anreizgestaltung bis hin zu Erwartungen, Absichten und Verhaltensimpulsen. Auch auf Kurzbesuche am Arbeitsplatz gehe ich hier näher ein und gebe Tipps dazu.
