Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ergänzend zu finanziellen Gestaltungsoptionen kann ein Transformation-Rating-AdvisoryTransformation-Rating-Advisory zahlreiche weitere Handlungsoptionen aufzeigen, die einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Stabilisierung und ggf. Verbesserung der Unternehmensbonität im Rahmen eines Transformationsprozesses leisten können. Eine Stärkung der Veränderungsfähigkeit eines Unternehmens (Dynamic CapabilitiesDynamic Capabilities) kann sich zudem sehr positiv auf die Bonitätsentwicklung in einem Stress-SzenarioStress-Szenario auswirken.
