Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beim vorliegenden Handlungsleitfaden handelt es sich letztendlich um eine Form von Diagnoseleitfaden, da sämtliche Bestandteile beschrieben werden, die notwendig sind, um erfolgreich ein Intrapreneurship-Programm in ein etabliertes Unternehmen einzuführen. Somit unterstützt er Unternehmen dabei, den aktuellen IST-Zustand hinsichtlich der Voraussetzungen und Kernerfolgsfaktoren zur Einführung eines Intrapreneurship-Programms zu analysieren.
