Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Analyse der 47 Interviews mit CEOs, Chairpersons und anderen Führungspersönlichkeiten hat sieben Felder des Erfolgs zutage gefördert, auf denen sich die Transformation von Hidden zu Global Champions vollzogen hat und auf denen Wandel wichtig und notwendig bleibt (siehe Beitrag „Von Hidden zu Global – Die sieben Felder des Erfolgs“). Wie sich ebenfalls gezeigt hat, bilden Leadership und Kultur den Kern. Das heißt: Mit diesem Feld stehen alle anderen in Beziehung. Und: Führung und Kultur sind zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren, unabhängig davon, in welchem Bereich ein Global Champion Transformationen anstoßen und Wachstum generieren will.
