Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die ZIEHL-ABEGG SE ist das Musterbeispiel eines deutschen Mittelständlers: technologisch seit mehr als 110 Jahren Trendsetter, diskret, frei von Skandalen, weltweit erfolgreich – und dennoch nur jenen ein Begriff, die sich für Luft- und Antriebstechnik interessieren. Seit 2021 leitet Dennis Ziehl, der Urenkel des Gründers, den Aufsichtsrat. Im Gespräch äußert sich Ziehl unter anderem über Vertrauen als Erfolgsgrundlage, verrät, was ein Hersteller von Motoren und Ventilatoren von Eulen lernen kann, und lobt die PR-Abteilung für deren Einsatz auf TikTok. Das Interview führte Dr. Heiko Wolters.
