Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Siegwerk Druckfarben AG & Co. KGaA feiert 2024 ihr 200-jähriges Bestehen – und befindet sich in sechster Generation noch immer vollständig in Familienhand. Durch einen Strategiewechsel in den 2000er Jahren wurde aus dem mittelständischen Unternehmen ein weltweit führender Hersteller von Druckfarben und Lacken für Verpackungsanwendungen. Heute liegt der Fokus auf der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen. CEO Dr. Nicolas Wiedmann spricht über Meilensteine, Strategie und Führung. Das Interview führten Dr. Andreas Habeck und Frédéric Jaugey.
