Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dr. Richard Robinson „Rob“ Smith freut sich auf den Tag, an dem die Wirtschaftspresse die KION Group erstmals korrekt als global agierenden Komplett-Anbieter von Lösungen für die Intralogistik und Lieferketten und nicht als Gabelstapler-Hersteller beschreibt. Im Interview erläutert Rob Smith außerdem, warum er eine wertebasierte Kultur anstrebt und wie er sein eigenes Onboarding absolviert hat. Das Interview führten Dr. Lea Bolz und Dr. Jörg K. Ritter.
