Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Jahr 2060 will Heraeus auf 400 Jahre Unternehmerfamilie zurückblicken. Was 1660 mit der Gründung einer Apotheke begann, ist heute ein weltweit führendes Familien- und Technologieunternehmen. Die Gruppe mit Sitz im hessischen Hanau verfügt über ein Portfolio diverser unabhängiger operativer Geschäfte unter dem Dach einer Holding. Unternehmenschef Jan Rinnert erklärt, wie das Unternehmen sein Organisationsmodell transformierte und welche Rolle ein moderner Führungsstil dabei spielt. Das Interview führte Dr. Elke Hofmann.
