Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer sich ständig verändernden Wirtschaftswelt muss sich auch die Executive Education permanent weiterentwickeln. In diesem Beitrag werden Entwicklungstendenzen und Trends der Weiterbildung von Führungskräften beschrieben und es werden konkrete Maßnahmen genannt, um diesen Rechnung zu tragen. Programmbeispiele aus der praktischen Tätigkeit der Autoren an der ESMT Berlin runden den Beitrag ab.
