Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zwischen dem „Ende der Geschichte“ 1993 und der „Zeitenwende“ 2022 liegen 30 Jahre politischer und wirtschaftlicher Entwicklung, die trotz mancher Rückschläge tendenziell positiv zu bewerten sind. Mit der Zeitenwende allerdings, konkret dem russischen Angriff auf die Ukraine, stellen sich auch für Leading Global Champions neue Fragen und Herausforderungen. Es wird immer komplexer, geopolitische Herausforderungen zu verstehen und diesen erfolgreich zu begegnen. Es wird immer schwieriger, vom Standort Deutschland aus wettbewerbsfähig auf Weltmärkten zu agieren. Es braucht immer mehr Kompetenzen, um ein Unternehmen durch unsichere Zeiten zu führen. Also was tun? Einige skizzenhafte Gedanken.
