Abstract

Zusammenfassung Anfang 2020 wurde eine Mitarbeiterin der Webasto SE zum ersten offiziellen Corona-Fall in Deutschland und CEO Dr. Holger Engelmann musste wieder und wieder über das Management dieser Krise reden. Genau deshalb dreht sich das folgende Interview um andere Themen: den Mut, voll auf Elektromobilität zu setzen, die Balance zwischen traditionellen und neuen Geschäftsfeldern und die Lösung aus der chinesischen Umklammerung. Das Interview führten Alexander Gaus und Dr. Jörg K. Ritter.
