Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auch nach beinahe 100 Jahren befindet sich die BLANC & FISCHER Familienholding GmbH vollständig im Besitz zweier Familienstämme. Bernd Eckl steht dem Spezialisten für Küchentechnik vor, der im Jahr 2021 mit rund 9000 Beschäftigten einen Umsatz von 1,4 Mrd. EUR erzielte. Im Gespräch erläutert der CEO, wie es sich mit knapp 70 Gesellschafter:innen arbeitet, wie die Küche der Zukunft aussieht und warum das Prinzip „Local for Local“ das Gebot der Stunde ist. Das Interview führte Dr. Jörg K. Ritter.
