Abstract

Zusammenfassung Manchmal ist es schwierig, sich in Anbetracht der vielen verfügbaren Methoden zu orientieren und für die aktuelle Situation den richtigen Ansatz zu finden. Meist ist Dir als Anwender aber die Herausforderung im übergeordneten Kontext bewusst. Daher haben wir Dir an dieser Stelle nochmal einen Überblick über die in diesem Buch vorgestellten Methoden vorbereitet. Zwar könntest Du auch das Inhaltsverzeichnis zur Hilfe nehmen, jedoch ist die Darstellung als Tabelle in manchen Situationen effektiver. Der „Kontext“ orientiert sich dabei an der Pyramide der Impediments, also an der Frage, welche Art von Herausforderung vorliegt. Die Herausforderung wiederum ist etwas konkreter und präziser formuliert. Die Lösungsansätze sind in die drei empirischen Säulen Transparenz, Inspektion und Adaption gruppiert.
