Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Agile Master konsequent daran arbeiten, Probleme zu beseitigen, dann sind sie irgendwann auch mit Zentralabteilungen konfrontiert. Es ist egal, ob Einkauf, Marketing, Vertrieb, Controlling oder HR dabei in den Fokus geraten, wir zählen diese zu den allgemeinen Prozessen, der Spitze unserer Pyramide der Impediments. Das Verhalten und die Abläufe dieser Abteilungen können einerseits einen erheblichen Einfluss auf die Teams haben. Andererseits haben auch die Verhaltensweisen der Teams einen großen Einfluss auf diese Abteilungen. Wird dies nicht aktiv mittels agiler Unternehmensentwicklung angegangen, entsteht ein Wir-gegen-die-Szenario, das dem Unternehmen signifikant schaden kann.
