Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Kommunikation mit anderen Menschen wird umso erfolgreicher, je besser es gelingt, sie zu verstehen. Dies gilt gleichermaßen sowohl innerhalb eines Teams oder quer durch die Organisation als auch im Hinblick auf Kunden. Im Folgenden stellen wir Dir einige Werkzeuge vor, mit denen Du Deine Stakeholder besser verstehen und Entscheidungsbefugnisse verhandeln kannst. Außerdem erhältst Du konkrete Tools, mit denen Du Deine Kommunikation optimieren kannst, sowohl verbal als auch nonverbal und sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
