Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kommunikation gilt als wertvolles Führungsinstrument, das Wertschöpfung schafft. Es kommt aber nicht nur darauf an, „dass“ kommuniziert wird, sondern vor allem, „wie“ kommuniziert wird. Die InterviewpartnerInnen der Studie haben klare Vorstellungen, welche Bedingungen für gelingende Kommunikation erfüllt sein sollten. Führungskräfte versuchen, diese zu schaffen und setzen sie dann auch in der Kommunikation im systemimmanenten Widerspruch voraus. Widersprüche erzeugen Unsicherheit, die Kommunikation verstärkt erforderlich macht. Erst wenn Widersprüche erkannt und im Unternehmen in den Dialog gebracht werden, kann ein adäquater Umgang damit gefunden werden.
