Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel komme ich nun zum eigentlichen Thema des Buches, denn hier beschreibe ich den Aufbau und die Gestaltung einer perfekten Candidate Journey und Candidate Experience. Als Grundlage für ein gutes Verständnis erläutere ich in den folgenden Kapiteln die einzelnen Phasen der Candidate Journey im Detail. In den jeweiligen Phasen nehme ich einerseits die Perspektive der Talente bzw. Kandidaten und andererseits die Perspektive der Unternehmen ein. Da ich über die Candidate Journey und Experience schreibe, geht es mir aber vor allem um die Perspektive der Talente und Kandidaten auf das Unternehmen und deren zu besetzenden Positionen.
