Abstract

Zusammenfassung Fehlendes oder schlechtes Recruiting kann massive Auswirkungen auf die Leistungs- und sogar bis auf die Überlebensfähigkeit eines Unternehmens haben. Als ich vor 14 Jahren Geschäftsführer eines kleinen Softwareunternehmens war, musste ich diese Lektion auf den harten Weg kennenlernen. Es war ein heißer und sonniger Tag im Juli 2009, als das Telefon klingelte und der CIO von einem unserer Neukunden mir mit wütender Stimme mitteilte, dass ein sehr wichtiges, gemeinsames Projekt unseres Unternehmens mit sofortiger Wirkung eingestellt und der Vertrag mit Rückabwicklung aufgehoben wird.
