Abstract

The inner circle was discussed in Chap. 9 and contains basic guidelines for dealing with operational management. In companies of a certain size, there are several hierarchy levels. At this point, the organization of the individual company should not be discussed, in general, operational management is understood to be the first level with personnel responsibility, the group and department heads, the masters and plant managers. Here, in everyday business, success or failure of compliance is decided. Only if operational managers are convinced of the necessity of compliance and the value contribution for their personal area of responsibility, compliance can be effective. How the perspective of those affected is actively included, how cooperation is designed, is shown in the following chapter.
