Abstract

The word “ally” sounds like a murmur, like a “shortcut”. Why should there be allies in the company at all? In principle, all company employees want the same thing: A company that is economically healthy and provides secure jobs and career options on a permanent basis. Nevertheless, individual areas of the company pursue special sub-goals, which enable and make sense of differentiation. This chapter is about the permanently established cooperation with institutions, in particular with other departments of the company, which should be designed in such a way that it is independent of the persons concerned. Only in the second step is it about the cooperation with individuals, which can be terminated abruptly due to changes in the company or position and therefore has only limited value as a pillar of effective compliance.
