Abstract

The following chapter presents a series of current case studies on change management, which were researched on the basis of guided interviews. The aim of the case studies is to make the challenges of change transparent by means of practical examples and to show practical solutions for these challenges in accordance with the success factors of change management ((Lauer Change Management. Fundamentals and Success Factors, Springer Nature, 2021)). The case studies on corporate growth and professionalization are oriented towards the corporate life cycle and accordingly address the overcoming of the pioneering phase of companies in the direction of greater professionalization as well as problems and solutions of organizations that have become too large and seem bureaucratic.
