Abstract

Zusammenfassung Subsidiary Governance baut nicht auf der grünen Wiese auf – viele international tätige Unternehmen sind in vielen der behandelten Themen bereits aktiv, auf gezielte oder teilweise auch zufällige Art und Weise. Das nachfolgende Kapitel soll Leserinnen und Leser aus der Praxis in der Anwendung des Subsidiary Governance Modells unterstützen. Dazu wird einleitend eine (reale) Fallstudie dargestellt. Eine Checkliste fasst die behandelten Bereiche oder Indikatoren zusammen und dient als Diskussionsgrundlage oder um Prioritäten zu setzen. Den Abschluss bilden verschiedene Szenarien (sogenannte Anwendungsarten), wie das Subsidiary Governance Modell sinnvoll in reale Führungsprozesse eingebettet werden kann.
