Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Subsidiary Governance Modell (Abb. 2.1) besteht aus sechs Inhaltsmodulen und sechs resultatorientierten Modulen. Die sechs Inhaltsmodule bestimmen den Inhalt bzw. die Grundlage der Subsidiary Governance, weshalb man sie auch „Grundlagenmodule“ nennen kann. Sie beantworten die Frage, welche Themen für gute Führung und Kontrolle einer Subsidiary fundamental und wichtig sind und liefern somit eine Aussage über die Qualität dessen, was in einem Unternehmen vorhanden ist oder nicht. Mit anderen Worten: Die Steuerung und Kontrolle von Niederlassungen muss die Bereiche System, Mission, Integrität, Anspruchsgruppen, Risiko und Audit umfassen. Ohne diese inhaltliche Konkretisierung bleibt Subsidiary Governance ein schwer greifbarer Begriff.
