Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden die Erkenntnisse rund um die Motivation zu 16 praktisch einsetzbaren Motivierungsmethoden verdichtet. Für die Anwendung der Methoden ist das bisher erarbeitete Verständnis hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung. Die Methoden sind bewusst so formuliert, dass sie auch losgelöst vom Buch gelesen und eingesetzt werden können. Bei der Auswahl haben wir uns von praktischen Problemen mit der Motivation leiten lassen, denen wir in Unternehmen begegnet sind. Diese 16 Instrumente füllen den Werkzeugkasten der Führungskraft, die es mit Motivationsproblemen zu tun hat. Die Methoden verstehen sich als Blaupause, die dazu inspirieren sollen, sie zu individualisieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Voraussetzung für die Anwendung ist jeweils eine Motivationsdiagnostik, die sowohl situative Bedingungen als persönliche Dispositionen der betroffenen Mitarbeiter berücksichtigt. Alle Methoden können und sollen auch gerne zur Selbstmotivierung angewendet werden.
